Welcome to Snazzy Studio! By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Our Services
   We offer creative services including branding, logo design, web design, and graphic design. All services are tailored to your needs and outlined clearly before starting any project.

2. Payments
   A 50% deposit is required to begin your project. The remaining balance is due upon completion, before final files are delivered. Monthly services (like maintenance or social media) are billed on a recurring basis.

3. Revisions
   Each project includes a set number of revisions, which will be outlined in your project agreement. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee.

4. Turnaround Times
   We do our best to meet agreed deadlines, but timescales may vary depending on the complexity of the project. We'll always keep you updated.

5. Cancellations
   If you decide to cancel a project after work has started, the initial deposit is non-refundable. Any additional time already worked will be invoiced accordingly.

6. Ownership
   Once full payment is received, you own the final designs. Snazzy Studio retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
